Pattern for Custom Design Stained Glass Window Panels

About Our Pattern-Making Fee
Because each stained glass piece we create is fully custom, the design process begins long before the first piece of glass is cut. Once you place your order, we invest time and skill into drawing your unique pattern, selecting glass colors, and preparing templates for cutting and assembly.

If an order is cancelled after the pattern-making process has begun, this fee is non-refundable. This is because:

• The pattern is created specifically for you and cannot be reused for another client.

• The design work requires hours of skilled labor and materials.

• It ensures our artists are compensated for the creative work already completed.

This way, even if your stained glass piece isn’t built, the value of the custom design work is preserved.
